The villa is located on two floors. On the first floor, we enter a spacious hall with a staircase to the second floor and a passage to the main hall, a kitchen and a block consisting of two bedrooms. The large living room with a fireplace is filled with sunlight as it has a double light. A large fireplace creates comfort in the sofa area with a TV. The living room is combined with a dining area and has access to the terrace. A spacious terrace with two dining areas - one covered, shady, the second without a roof, sunny, you can use them according to your mood and weather. From this terrace, you get into a green garden with a lawn, shady trees and a cozy lounge area.

The kitchen is located in a separate room, it is very spacious, fully equipped, with its own dining area.

On this floor, there is two bedrooms with double beds, fitted wardrobes and a shared bathroom with shower, one of them has its own access to a covered terrace.

On the second floor, there are three bedrooms. One master bedroom with a double bed, with a private bathroom with a shower, a dressing room and access to a balcony with a solarium. The second bedroom has two single beds and a built-in wardrobe, the third with a single bed and a bunk bed, a wardrobe. Both bedrooms have a shared bathroom with a bathtub.

On the spacious territory in front of the house, there is a large swimming pool with a sunbathing area and a barbecue area in a cozy gazebo in the style of Ibiza.
